Cheedvey or Chidwa or Chudye or Chydwey (चुरिये या छिरवे या छिदे या चरवे) is a subcaste of Kamboj clan and community found in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal and other parts of India. Some of people belongs to this Cheedvey or Chidwa or Chudye or Chydwey subcaste also found in Punjab state of Pakistan. Cheedvey or Chidwa or Chudye or Chydwey falls under 84 gotra (broad division) of Kamboj caste. Cheedvey or Chidwa or Chudye or Chydwey sub-caste alongside other Kamboj / Kamboh people belong to the group of Indo-Aryan peoples.
