Some of people belongs to this Bargote or Barghote or Barghat subcaste also found in Punjab state of Pakistan. Bargote or Barghote or Barghat falls under 84 gotra (broad division) of Kamboj caste. Bargote or Barghote or Barghat sub-caste alongside other Kamboj / Kamboh people belong to the group of Indo-Aryan peoples.
