Kamboj Society (app: KambojSociety, package: app.kambojsociety.com) is committed to providing a safe online environment and strictly prohibits any content or behaviour related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
This policy is effective from June 2025 and applies to the KambojSociety website and its Android application available on Google Play.
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
Kamboj Society explicitly prohibits:
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — including images, video, text, or links
- Grooming, solicitation, or any predatory behaviour targeting children
- Sharing, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAE content
- Any communication intended to exploit or harm children
Platform Age Policy
KambojSociety is a community platform intended for users aged 16 and above. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to register or use this platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behaviour on KambojSociety that you believe violates this policy or involves the exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately:

- In-app: Use the "Report Abuse" option available in the app
All reports are reviewed promptly. Confirmed cases of CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as well as to relevant law enforcement and national authorities.
Enforcement
Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account permanently suspended and the relevant content removed immediately. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations involving child exploitation.
Compliance
KambojSociety complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act (India), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (USA), and applicable EU regulations.
