Dr. Vikram Kumar Kamboj has been enlisted for this prestigious ranking in the main field of Environmental Sciences and Sub-Fields of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing. As a background, Dr. Kamboj belongs to the small Village (Ahli Sadar) of Fatehabad District of Haryana. He has completed his Doctorate Degree from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and selected for Post Doctorate Fellowship in the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
He has published more than 92 Research papers in various International journals of high repute. He has also presented more than 36 research papers in various national and international conferences. He has supervised about 15 M.Tech Dissertations and 03 Ph.D. Thesis on his area of research. He has authored two books and contributed few chapters in 04 books published by Springer and IGI Publications. He has also reviewed about 50 research papers submitted to top rated national and international journals.
Dr. Kamboj has filed 06 patents to Indian Patent Office and submitted research projects and consultancy assignments to various funding agencies having worth of about ₹2 crores.
His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Electric Vehicle Design, Power System Optimization, Meta-Heuristics Search Algorithms, Multi-Objective Optimization, Optimal Commitment and Generation Scheduling of Power System and planning of hybrid and integrated renewable energy systems.
Dr. Kamboj has received several international awards, including the “Top 2% Scientist in the World” by the Survey Conducted by Stanford University, California, USA. “Academic Leader of the Year 2021” from EU-College Group, Hungary.
He is Certified Engineer in Trainee from Ministry of Saskatchewan, Canada and has Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Chartered Membership (CMEngNZ) Professional status in New Zealand. He has visited 12 Countries for Academic and Research purpose and delivered expert lectures in more than 10 workshops/short-term courses and has organized about 12 short-term training courses.
